Distress Line

The Distress Line, previously referred to as the Crisis Support Centre, is operated by the Canadian Mental Health Association, and helps Edmonton and surrounding communities deal with the stresses of daily life and the situations that no one should go through alone. By phone, in person, and online, someone is always available to offer immediate support for crises that can’t be put on hold.
